Back for 2025! Before seeing Santa - build your own plush teddy, write letters to Santa and colour in your own bauble. This will be held in our beautiful purpose-built wooden events chalet by the woods.

On arrival check-in with our reception elf, and before you know it you'll be with one of Santa's elves preparing to adopt your new best friend and create a special bond that will never end as you make your very own plush teddy! You’ll also receive a certificate of adoption to remember your experience.

Then you will go through to Jingles Post Office and write letters to Santa. The letters will be delivered to Santa in time for your visit with him. After you can get creative by colouring in your own small bauble. Take this home with you; it will take pride of place sitting on your Christmas tree.

An elf will shortly arrive to take you to see Santa in his Lodge. Here Santa will talk with children and adults. Family groups are invited up to see Santa and have a photo. The photos taken in Santa's Lodge will be available to purchase in various gift formats - such as keyrings and snowglobes! Before entering our Festive Woods, children can pick a small gift from Santa's Toyshop. There is an activity sheet for children to enjoy while exploring our Festive Woods.

Welcome to our ever-popular traditional group grotto experience for 2025! Here you will make reindeer food, write a letter to Santa, and see the big man himself in his lodge. This will be held in our beautiful purpose-built wooden events chalet by the woods.

Here, Santa will talk with children and adults. Then family groups are invited up to see Santa and have a photo. The photos taken in Santa's Lodge will be available to purchase in various gift formats, such as keyrings and snowglobes!

Finally, children can choose a small gift from Santa's Toyshop. Lastly, you will explore our Festive Woods. Lit from above, our woodland looks spectacular with many twinkling lights and brilliant Instaworthy photo opportunities. From our festive lit light tunnel to our Christmas-themed photo cutouts for you to pose in. Children will be given an activity sheet to complete along the way.

Santa Meet and Greet with Festive Woods

 Please note: this is NOT our full grotto experience, it's a chance for a one-on-one Santa meet and greet.

Join us in our grotto for a one-on-one meet and greet with Santa. This includes visiting Santa in his Lodge and telling him what you want for Christmas and then having your photo taken. The photographs taken in Santa's Lodge are available to view and purchase in various gift formats, such as keyrings and snowglobes!  Then on your way to the Festive Woods you can visit Santa's toyshop where children can pick their own small toy.

Everyone is welcome to be booked onto this event, including dogs who will get a dog toy as a gift from Santa.

Our 'Santa Baby & Toddler' sessions are for children up to 36 months old.

We invite you to bring your baby or toddler to see Santa for this awesome photo opportunity. Your baby will enjoy a visit to Santa, receive a small gift, and have their photo taken. We invite you to bring your beloved pets to see Santa at this pawsome photo opportunity. Your pets will enjoy a visit to Santa, receive a pet toy and have their photo taken. For the ultimate pawsome photo with Santa, we recommend leaving your furry best friend on lead when in the room. The photos taken with Santa will be available to purchase afterward in various gift formats, such as keyrings and snowglobes! These make great gifts.

Merry 'Woof'mas! - you'd be barking mad to miss this opportunity for your pet to meet Santa.

Bring your four-legged friend to meet Santa in our restaurant and enjoy a pawsome platter for your dog. Your dogs platter will include a doggy cheese sandwich, a sausage, big and little bone treats, a puppiccino and drink for your dog. You'll be able to meet Santa, take your own photos with him and recieve a dog toy as a present from Santa. Afterwards, enjoy a walk around our Festive Woods as part of the ticket price.

By purchasing tickets or paying for entry to our soft play, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

We are pleased to provide this facility and whilst we have attempted to make it as safe as possible, the very nature of children's play activity means that accidents can occasionally happen. We cannot, therefore, accept any responsibility for injury or damage to children or clothing whilst they are using the play area. Parental supervision is essential as it is not supervised by staff. 

You must remove shoes before entering the play area, but wear socks at all times. If you do not have socks, you will be required to purchase a pair from us. Arms and legs should be covered to prevent injury. It is advisable for children to wear trousers and long-sleeved tops that can be tucked in. Long hair should be tied back. Remove all jewellery, badges, and other sharp objects to prevent injury. Children who wear glasses should take particular care.

It is not permitted to photograph or film any children whom you are not directly supervising, without explicitly obtaining their carers permission.

Please do not leave your belongings unattended as we cannot take responsibility for them.

Dogs are not permitted in our soft play facility.

Only food and drink purchased on-site may be consumed in this venue (with the exception of baby formula). Please respect that we are a catering facility with strict allergy protocols, if you are seen eating food from off-site you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. No food is allowed in the play frame.

On the days our Festive Woods are open, last admission Monday to Saturday is 5pm (other than the 24th December 2025, last admission on this date will be 4pm). Last admission when our Festive Woods are open on a Sunday is 4pm. Please check our opening days and times on our website before travel to avoid disappointment. If you are late to your booking, entry may not be possible.

Festive Woods with Bear Making at Garden King

Are you looking for a festive fun activity to take the children to this December? Join us to build your own festive bear. Here you will create a special bond that will never end! You’ll also receive a certificate of adoption to remember your experience.

Whilst you are here, you can explore our Festive Woods as part of the ticket price. Lit from above, our woodland looks spectacular with many twinkling lights and brilliant Instaworthy photo opportunities. From our festive lit light tunnel to our Christmas-themed photo cutouts for you to pose in, we know you are ready for Christmas this year! Children will be given an activity sheet to complete along the way.

Please note: The choice of bears may vary. This is a group activity. There may be other people making their own bear at the same time as you. You DO NOT meet Santa at this event, it is simply making a plush bear to take away with you and visiting our Festive Woods. Please select a bear making ticket to craft a bear.

The time on your ticket is the time you will craft your bear in our grotto. You are welcome to explore our Festive Woods before crafting your bear, but you will need to be back in our grotto for the time stated on your ticket so you do not miss your bear making experience.  Monday to Saturday our centre shuts at 6pm, and on a Sunday 5pm (we also shut at 5pm on the 24th December). Our woods shuts ten minutes before our centres closing time so please keep this in mind when booking this event.

Meet and greet Elsa indoors in our events chalet and have your photo taken. Then, you can view your photos and purchase a variety of photo gifts.  

This event includes entry to our Festive Woods too.

Reindeer Feeding at Garden King

Our friendly team will let you know all about our family owned reindeers at the pen and you will be given a handful of special moss to feed our reindeer with out of your hands. Reindeer moss is their favourite snack and normally they will run straight over to you for this treat. However, we cannot always guarantee that they will eat from you. 

We have to limit how much our reindeer can eat each day so you will only be given one handful to feed them. Their portion size is strictly limited.

Please note for health and safety reasons you will be unable to go into the pen. You will feed the reindeers outside the pen with the assistance of our team.
