Welcome to Garden King's Wild Wood Soft Play! Our team is thrilled to be able to welcome you to our new soft play facility.
By purchasing tickets or paying for entry, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
We are pleased to provide this facility and whilst we have attempted to make it as safe as possible, the very nature of children's play activity means that accidents can occasionally happen. We cannot, therefore, accept any responsibility for injury or damage to children or clothing whilst they are using the play area. Parental supervision is essential as it is not supervised by staff.
You must remove shoes before entering the play area, but wear socks at all times. If you do not have socks, you will be required to purchase a pair from us. Arms and legs should be covered to prevent injury. It is advisable for children to wear trousers and long-sleeved tops that can be tucked in. Long hair should be tied back. Remove all jewellery, badges, and other sharp objects to prevent injury. Children who wear glasses should take particular care.
It is not permitted to photograph or film any children whom you are not directly supervising, without explicitly obtaining their carers permission.
Please do not leave your belongings unattended as we cannot take responsibility for them.
Dogs are not permitted in our soft play facility.
Only food and drink purchased on-site may be consumed in this venue (with the exception of baby formula). Please respect that we are a catering facility with strict allergy protocols, if you are seen eating food from off-site you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. No food is allowed in the play frame.
Please note if booking the 2:30pm soft play session on a Sunday the kitchen cut-off time for placing food orders is 3pm.

Changing your booking & cancellations: If you login or create an account during checkout you'll be able to change your booking up to 12 hours before your visit at no charge. Unfortunately, after this time we cannot make changes to your booking - especially during or after your booked date and time. We regret that no refunds can be given for cancellations made by you at any time. If we cannot operate our soft play for any reason, you will be given the option to change your tickets for another date or receive a full refund. You would not be given a refund for the soft play if any other event on your booking was canceled for any reason by Garden King and the rule of changing your soft play booking 12 hours before your session would remain.
