Enjoy a group meet & greet with Elsa!

Meet and greet Elsa indoors in our events chalet and have your photo taken. Then, you can view your photos and purchase a variety of photo gifts.  

This event includes entry to our Festive Woods too.

The chalet will be decorated for Christmas.

This is a group event. There will be other families seeing Elsa at the same time as you.

We regret that dogs are not permitted within our Grotto, except for assistance dogs.

Our woodland walk may be difficult for wheelchairs & pushchairs. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear as our woodland walk is outside and will operate in all weathers. 

Changing your booking & cancellations: If you login or create an account during checkout you'll be able to change your booking up to 12 hours before your visit at no charge. We regret that no refunds can be given for cancellations made by you at any time. If we cannot operate our experience for any reason you will be given the option to change your tickets for another date. If our woods have to close for any reason but the event with Elsa in our events chalet can still go ahead you will not be entitled to a full or partial refund.
