Enjoy a group meet & greet with Elsa!
Meet and greet Elsa indoors in our events chalet and have your photo taken. Then, you can view your photos and purchase a variety of photo gifts.

Please note: Photos cannot be taken yourself in the room.
The chalet will still be decorated for Christmas.
Our Festive Woods event is not included in the ticket price.
This is a group event. There will be other families seeing Elsa at the same time as you.
We regret that dogs are not permitted within our Grotto, except for assistance dogs.
Changing your booking & cancellations: If you login or create an account during checkout you'll be able to change your booking up to 12 hours before your visit at no charge. Unfortunately, after this time we cannot make changes to your booking - especially during or after your booked date and time. We regret that no refunds can be given for cancellations made by you at any time. If we cannot operate our event, you will be given the option to change your tickets for another date or receive a full refund.
